About this course
Landing the right role takes more than a strong CV. It takes clarity about what you want, the confidence to go after it, and the ability to prove your value under pressure. This three-week Career Coaching programme brings together my 20+ years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner with the STAR method, the behavioural interview framework used by Amazon, AWS and many of the world’s leading employers.
Most career coaching focuses only on the practical side: CVs, applications and interview answers. This course works on both levels. We use NLP and clinical hypnotherapy to clear the limiting beliefs, self-doubt and interview anxiety that hold capable people back, then build the practical skills to communicate your achievements with structure, impact and calm authority.
Whether you’re changing careers, stepping up to a leadership role or preparing for a high-stakes interview loop, you’ll finish with a clear direction, a polished bank of STAR stories and a confident, resourceful mindset you can call on whenever it matters.
What you'll learn
Career clarity: define well-formed career goals with NLP, identify your core values and strengths, and target roles where you'll genuinely thrive.
A confident, resilient mindset: reframe limiting beliefs, anchor a confident state on demand, and use self-hypnosis to stay calm and focused before and during interviews.
The STAR method, mastered: structure every answer around Situation, Task, Action and Result, quantify your impact, and build 8 to 10 stories mapped to the competencies top employers assess, including Amazon's Leadership Principles.
Interview-ready delivery: build rapport, handle follow-up and curveball questions, and present with presence, practised in a realistic mock interview with personalised feedback.
